As well as the Latest News box at the top of the page, a footer has been enabled due to the new no-ads feature (there used to be ads at the bottom of the page as well...)

I have used it to create a fun little Top Posters box to be updated weekly, given any changes. If someone else has any other suggestions, please feel free to make them here.

The box needn't be that small, it can be as large as the one on the top of the page.
