The Royal Concertgebouworkest Amsterdam has a page up on which you can download ten entire symphonies for free until some time in November, and one of them happens to be Sibelius' Second, conducted by Mariss Jansons. It sounds like a decent enough performance so far, but I have yet to listen to the whole thing. Here's the link to the English site:
