to take a look at a very interesting page in Italian... I cannot translate it... Ainola, can you?

It seems to have something to do with the environment... the drawing is hauntingly childlike but somehow deep and sad.

I entered the original on Babelfish :

Jean Sibelius ammutolisce - a piece of ecological instruction - 1924 1, Jean Sibelius had always received the force in order to compose from the Finnish forests. , if it did not want venirgli in null mind, it was always exited with the axe put in shoulder in the forest of birches that extended behind its podere, for abbaterne from it some and in order to impregnate itself then completely with the fresh force of the log. 2. Therefore it had made from years. Seven sinfonie were only been born in this way. To the end that happened, that it had to happen: the forest on the land of Sibelius was scomparso with the exception of three little trees mingherlini. Just now of it it would have had urgently need, was found in fact right in the middle a job to a new piece, than like if it were not enough it was also one commissioned composition. 3. The mayoralty of the boscaioli T. To P. Or it wanted to celebrate its anniversary of the foundation. Sibelius did not have to disappoint the committee, this was sure! Therefore it put therefore in shoulder sighing its axe and procurò the force in order to continue the job, the last one that it remained to disposition. With hard work its composition could therefore carry a.termine. 4. Later on Jean Sibelius was condemned to a complete inactivity. Often its plagued look rambled over the earth piece scattered of stocks. To the reforestation it was difficult to think; this would have had venirgli in mind before. Jean was considered like the last one of the vergini stolte. It had to perhaps ask the neighbors a pair for tronchetti? Not! This was opposed to its nature! Therefore rassegnò little little to the immutable course of the things.

Well there you have it... PRESTO!
